TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH NO NOTICE.

In this document the terms “us”, “we”and “their” refers to Eat With Bella. The terms “your” and “you” refers to the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Custom Cake Orders

For all custom cake orders, Eat With Bella (EWB) requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by EWB.

The remaining payment must be paid 14 days prior to your collection or delivery date. Failure to meet this deadline, will result in the cancellation of your order.

If a custom cake is ordered less than two weeks prior to collection, full payment is required upfront.

 

Online Shop Orders

For orders made via the online shop, full payment is required upfront.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand life happens! We endeavour to find mutually beneficial solutions.

 

All cancellations must be submitted to EWB in writing.

Custom Cake Orders

Cancelling of a custom cake order with 7 days or more notice, will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.

 

Requests for cancellations with less than 7 days notice from your pick up or delivery date do not qualify for any form of refund.

Online Shop Orders

Cancelling of an online shop order with 7 days or more notice, will result in a full refund, minus a $20+GST admin fee and processing fee.

Requests for cancellations of an online shop order with less than 7 days notice from the pick up or delivery date will not qualify for any form of refund.

Late or Missed Collections

Please remember that if you fail to arrive within your designated collection time slot, we may not be available to accommodate a different collection time, until the following day. If you do not collect your cake within our collection hours, refunds cannot be provided.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your order, please contact EWB in writing.

Where 14 days + notice is given, your 50% deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Please note that rescheduling is subject to our availability.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Any changes made to your order must be submitted to EWB in writing.

A minimum of 14 days notice prior to your pickup or delivery date is required.

Changes are subject to our availability.

Please be aware that any changes made to your order after an invoice has been issued will incur an additional fee of $10+GST for booking alterations.

REFUNDS

EWB will not provide refunds for dissatisfaction of order where:

Design & colour:

EWB will not provide refunds for dissatisfaction of design or colouring. When choosing EWB to design your cake, you place your trust in what we do.

Variances:

EWB cannot guarantee that a product will be exactly the same as requested and therefore, will not provide refunds for variances in design. EWB uses their creative judgement and professional experience when decorating products and therefore, variances may occur.

EWB is happy to receive inspiration photos of other cake, cookie and cupcake designs, however, please be aware that EWB cannot copy these designs exactly and will use their creativity to produce their own version.

Flavours & product quality:

If you have concerns about the flavour and quality of your product, please submit this information to EWB in writing within 2 days of your order collection. Please return the product, unconsumed, to EWB within 2 days of collection, and we will make an assessment.

If you have already consumed the product, a refund cannot be issued.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Product damage post-collection:

EWB is not liable for any damage that occurs once your products have been picked up or delivered to your venue. Please view our FAQ page to find more information on how to best transport and store your products.

EWB will not be responsible for any damages. If your product does get damaged during handling or transportation, we will do our best to help you fix it, subject to availability.

Allergens:

EWB products are created in a kitchen where nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame, wheat and other high-risk allergens are prepared. Although EWB takes great care in cleaning surfaces and equipment to remove contamination, we cannot guarantee that products do not contain traces of high-risk allergy foods.

Flowers:

Although flowers are carefully wrapped before being inserted into our products, fresh flowers are provided by an outside source and are not a food item. Please be aware, fresh flowers may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or contaminants.

Non-Edible Items:

Please be aware that some decorations used may be non-edible or contain wires or toothpicks for support.

If you have ordered a large or tall cake, your cake may also have a plastic or wooden dowel inserted in its centre for support.

Please remove these items prior to consumption.

 

Photography & Marketing:

Eat with Bella reserves the right to take photos of anything made by them and to use these for promotion, display or advertising without compensation to you.

ADMIN FEES

Rush Fee:

If an order is placed after our weekly cut off time, there is a rush fee of $15+GST.

Order Changes:

Any changes made to your order after an invoice has been issued, incurs an admin fee of $10+GST for booking alterations.

Refunds - Online Shop Orders:

Refunds for an online shop order, requested with appropriate notice, will incur a $20+GST admin fee.
