  • How should I store my products?
    Your cake will stay fresh in the fridge for 3-4 days. EWB cakes are yummiest when eaten fresh and at room temperature! Remove the cake 3 hours prior to consumption to bring it down to room temperature. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
  • Can I travel long distances with my cake?
    If you must travel a long distance with your cake, we recommend the following: Place a non-stick mat or towel on the floor of your car (ideally on the floor of the front car seat so it is always in your sight). Place the cake in its box on top of your mat. Put the air conditioning on its highest setting (even if this means you must wear a jumper). Be sure to steer clear of using the car heater. I have had many customers have success taking there cakes down south, so it is certainly possible! Please note that we do not recommend travelling long distances with your cake if it has fresh flowers or fruit as decoration.
  • I would like my cake florals to match my event florals perfectly. Is this possible?
    If you would like your florals to be a perfect match, it is best that you contact your florist to see if they are keen to supply extra florals for you. This way, we can 100% guarantee that they will match. The florals must be provided to us the day prior to your event, so that we can decorate your cake early morning on the day of your order collection or delivery. Please deliver your cake florals between our business hours of 9am-5pm. Please notify us of your intended arrival so that someone is there to bring them inside.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We offer delivery for an additional fee on Saturdays, after 11am. Delivery is subject to our availability and the location. Please get in touch if you would like to add delivery to your order and we will provide a quote.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Custom Cake Orders Cancelling of a custom cake order with 7 days or more notice, will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Requests for cancellations with less than 7 days notice from your pick up or delivery date do not qualify for any form of refund. Online Shop Orders Cancelling of an online shop order with 7 days or more notice, will result in a full refund, minus a $20+GST admin fee and processing fee. Requests for cancellations of an online shop order with less than 7 days notice from the pick up or delivery date will not qualify for any form of refund.
  • How much notice is needed to order?
    During peak season, we are often fully booked weeks in advance, so we recommend enquiring 2-4 weeks ahead of time to ensure we have the availability to serve you. We can occasionally accept last minute orders, subject to availability. If this is the case, please email us at hello@eatwithbella.com and we will do our best to hopefully fit you in!
  • How can I safely transport my cake?
    There is no need to stress about transporting your cake, it is easier than you think! When you collect your cake, it will be in a cake box, on a cake board. If you bring someone along, they can hold the cake on their lap. If you are alone, cakes are best transported on a flat surface such as the floor of your passenger seat. Please ensure you drive carefully and avoid any sudden braking or fast turns. It is also important you have the air-conditioning up high to keep the cake cool.
  • How much does a cake cost?
    Our cake prices vary depending on their size and design. 'SHOP NOW' cake prices can be seen on our website. For custom cake prices, please submit an online order form and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a price.
  • Where can I collect my order from?
    EWB is located in Woodvale, WA 6026. An address for collection is provided on your order invoice.
  • How should I cut my cake?
    NOTE: All cakes have a dowel in their centre. Please remove this before cutting
  • I need to make a change to my order. What can I do?
    Where 14 days of notice is provided, you can make changes to your order. Please note that this will incur a $10+GST admin fee.
  • I have fresh flowers on my cake! When should I collect?
    If your cake includes fresh flowers, please collect and consume on the day of your event to avoid them dying.
  • When can I collect my order?
    Collection Location: Woodvale, Perth, WA. Wed-Fri: 9am-10am or 3pm-5pm. Sat: 9am-10am. When ordering, please specify your desired collection time. It is important you arrive within the designated time frame. We understand life happens! If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Do you offer GF, DF, nut free or vegan options?
    We do not offer DF or vegan options as of yet. EWB can provide nut-free and gluten-free products but please be aware that all products are created in a kitchen where nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame, wheat and other high-risk allergens are prepared. We take great care in wiping down surfaces and equipment to remove contamination, but we cannot guarantee that products do not contain traces of high-risk allergy foods.
  • I sent you an enquiry and I have not heard back yet?
    Baking sweets keeps us super busy so please kindly allow 3-4 business days for a response. If you do not hear back from us within this timeframe, please re-send your enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible! Please don’t forget to check your junk mail.
  • Can my leftovers be frozen?
    Cake leftovers can be frozen! Tightly wrap your leftovers in gladwrap before putting them in the freezer.
  • How do I place an order?
    To place a custom cake order, please place your request via our Enquiry Form. Please fill in the order form with as much detail as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible advising availability and pricing. Please check your junk mail, or message us again to follow up if you do not hear from us within 3-4 days. Once we have discussed and finalised your design, you will be issued with a custom invoice. Within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Your order will not be booked in until this deposit is made. Alternatively, you can order a cake via our ‘SHOP NOW’ range of products. We have plenty of designs to choose from and you can customise these designs with your desired colours and wording. After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email to within 3-4 days.
